چکیده
Peningkatan jumlah penduduk akan berdampak pada penambahan kendaraan khususnya pribadi. Jalan MT.Haryono segmen simpang beruang madu-jembatan DAM memiliki nilai Volume Capacity ratio sebesar 2,74 (ruas 1) dan 1,99 2) atau tingkat pelayanan F, sehingga dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut ditawarkannya konsep Electronic Road Pricing (ERP). Penelitian bertujuan untuk memodelkan probabilitas perpindahan pengguna jalan terhadap adanya ERP, dengan tahapan penelitian mengestimasi ERP yang diterapkan melalui continent valuation method (CVM) variabel digunakan adalah Ability To Pay (ATP) Willingness (WTP) dari jalan. Setelah dilakukannya pengolahan data penawaran harga WTP kepada pribadi selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan estimasi didapatkan yaitu mobil Rp 17.746,- sepeda motor 16.946,- setiap kali melewati kecepatan tertentu
